RSC Equipment Rental Appoints Kevin R. Drumm to Newly Created Senior Vice President, Strategic Development Position

SCOTTSDALE, AZ - RSC Equipment Rental, Inc., the operating entity for RSC Holdings Inc., announces that Kevin R. Drumm, an experienced investment banker with considerable industrial experience gained during 13 years in investment banking, finance and corporate law, has joined the firm as Senior Vice President - Strategic Development, a newly created position.

Mr. Drumm will assist RSC in achieving its long-term strategic goals through the identification, analysis and execution of potential acquisitions and partnerships that will enhance the company's position in current and target markets. He will report to Mr. Olsson and will be based at the company's corporate headquarters in Scottsdale, Ariz.

Mr. Drumm comes to RSC most recently from Bank of America Securities LLC, where he was a Principal responsible for advisory and capital related banking as a member of the Diversified Industrials team. During his time at that firm, he had coverage responsibility for the equipment rental sector and served machinery and equipment, electrical products and general industrial clients. Mr. Drumm's prior experiences include the founding of Fox Hollow Advisors, a firm that provided transactional and advisory services to small and mid-market clients. Previously, he was with Goldman, Sachs & Co. as an investment banker in London and New York and with Cravath, Swaine & Moore as a corporate lawyer in New York.

Mr. Drumm is a business and economics graduate of Cornell University and a graduate of the Harvard Law School.
