AC storage tanks

Meeker supplies a full line of liquid AC storage systems built for modified asphalts.

  • Vertical or horizontal, stationary or portable
  • Up to 35,000-gallon capacities
  • Hot oil coils or electric and direct-fired heat systems
  • Asphalt pumps, strainers, jacketed asphalt valves and piping available

baghouse filtering system

KPI-JCI offers a product enhancement for its FAST TRAX track-mounted material processing equipment

  • Significantly improves the level of engine protection by filtering intake air prior to being introduced to the conventional air cleaner
  • Self-cleaning system employes compressed air to pulsate and purge the bags of contaminants
  • Negates the requirements for operators to check and clean conventional air filters on a daily basis, which reduces the potential for failures related to improper reinstallation
  • Conventional air cleaners only need to be cleaned or replaced at regular oil change intervals, reducing maintenance costs

Double Barrel dryer/mixer

The Double Barrel dryer/mixer is a combination aggregate dryer and HMA mixer that can keep RAP and virgin aggregate separate until the mixing phase of production.

  • Minimizes emissions
  • Ensures mix quality
  • With the RAP and virgin aggregate meeting in the outer mixing chamber, excess moisture is removed from the RAP and the relaimed liquid asphalt partically coats the virgin aggregate
